How does Direct Contact obtain the target farmer names?
The client usually provides the list of potential customers. These names can be developed through a variety of sources, such as, purchased lists, “bounce backs” from direct mail or promotional campaigns and tradeshow booth/web site registrations. We will then profile these potential customers and provide the information back to the farm supply provider. In this capacity, Direct Contact does not replace the existing sales force or distribution system, but instead works with them to help them reach more potential customers during a given timeframe than they would otherwise be able to reach relying solely on their own resources.
