How does DEM handle operational-since and shut-down dates?

0

Networks, stations and measurement configuration have an attribute “operational since” and “shut down on”. Quite often, the operational since date was not known. In these cases, this field was set on 01-01-1900 by ETC/ACC. Some fields in DEM have hidden date attributes. If for example you change the station type, the PC system date will be added in the background (and loaded to AirBase). We have used hidden date attributes in order not to overburden you with work (entrance of dates). Entering a shut down date in one of the visible fields will automatically fill the hidden date attributes.
