How does Delta Sigma Phi staff a colonization?

Delta Sigma Phi provides two full time staff members over the course of the colonization. Generally, the Director of Expansion is on site for 8 weeks along with another staff person who is on site for the initial 2-3 weeks. The Fraternity includes local alumni, volunteers, and undergraduate members from nearby chapters to help in the colonization process.
