How does Delta Dental Patient Direct work?
For an annual membership fee, individuals and families can enroll in the Delta Dental Patient Direct program. With enrollment, you get access to a network of participating dentists. You choose a participating dentist, make an appointment for what you want to have done, and present your card at the dental office. This tells the dentist you are a member of the Delta Dental Patient Direct program. As such, you will be charged a reduced, set fee on the procedures you are having done. You pay the dentist directly, based on the set fee for the procedure. It’s that easy! Since Delta Dental Patient Direct is not insurance, there is no deductible and there are no claims to file. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days and we will give a complete refund.
