A diverse supplier is a U.S.-based for-profit enterprise (public or private) that is certified by a third party as a small business concern, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, disabled veteran-owned small business, historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone), minority business enterprise and/or woman business enterprise.
