When your order arrives at the terminal closest to your location, the freight company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery window. DELIVERY IS CURB SIDE ONLY meaning that the freight company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or moving the item after it’s unloaded. In most cases the drivers are friendly and will help, however WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE ONE OR MORE PEOPLE PRESENT TO HELP YOU UNLOAD.
