The screening process begins the moment the candidate comes through the door. All candidates must apply in person and are required to fill out a detailed four page application. We will interview the candidate in-person and select only the most caring and qualified candidates for possible introductions to our families. Applicants that are either unable to or unwilling to meet our criteria are not selected so we do not waste a families time.
