• Clinical achievement data is sent automatically on a monthly basis from GMS Certified GP clinical systems to QMAS. Practices are able to send ad-hoc or interim clinical achievement reports as frequently as they wish. • Non-clinical information (the Yes/No organisational, patient experience and additional services indicators) are added by the practice via a user-friendly web browser interface within QMAS accessed over NHSnet on a practice PC (personal computer). Note – Arrangements have to be made for the manual entry of data for practices without access to QMAS (e.g. non-computerised practices). • Certain practice details, including practice name, national practice id, GMS/PMS status, practice list size and additional service opt-outs are supplied to QMAS from PMSPS in order to allow the correct calculations to be made.
