To get child support from him you will need to have him sign the birthcertificate, a declaration stating he admits his the father of this child or the third option is to go to court to have him declared the father through a d.n.a test. At which will cost him, once he is legally declared the father he will need to pay child support. With his threat of wanting to take the child away from you to basically avoid paying child support he will need to first be declared the father then apply to a court but due to the age of the infant he will be lucky to get short regular visits e.g 2hours 3 times a week. At which point you can still insist that you are present during the visitation due to the lack of parenting skills on his behave and the age of you child.
