Answer Curb appeal is very subjective but it contains things like roof lines, landscaping, and color schemes. It can be very important in the sale of a home because buyers first buy the neighborhood, then the front of the house. By the time they get inside, the house is 50% sold. Certianly by upgrading landscape, finding what colors are locally popular and, in some cases, doing cosmetic work on the front can increase curb appeal.
