Our coaching services are structured to identify specific Desired Outcomes — the individual’s specific goals and objectives — related to a client’s leadership and career development needs. We measure our success on enabling the coaching client to achieve those Desired Outcomes. At the outset of our engagement by an individual coaching client, we issue an Outcomes Contract as an addendum to our individual Coaching Services Agreement. The Outcomes Contract serves to clearly document the Desired Outcomes to be accomplished by the individual coaching client through the conduct of our coaching services engagement.
