How Does CREW Work?
CREW operates through a series of meetings in which employees strive to enhance the quality of interactions among team members. Working groups identify focus issues, set goals for improving teamwork, and evaluate progress towards these goals. Group facilitators receive training and materials to guide their work. A mentoring process brings together facilitators to assure support and knowledge sharing. As one cohort completes its six-month CREW initiative, it passes the torch to colleagues who are beginning the process.
