How does CPR track my calls and requests for follow-up and historical reference?
Customer First (CF) has been in use by CPR since 1997. It is a customer service software that maintains a history of incidents, training issues, questions, bugs reported, and requests for modifications coming from members. Issues e-mailed to a specific support e-mail address will load your e-mailed issued directly into CF and it will e-mail back an assigned Incident number for your records. Emergency issues always take priority over non-emergency issues.
