How does CPD contamination flagging work?

0

There are several ways the contamination flag can be set: (a) based on a wind sector (b) based on a low or high wind speed (c) based on a CN concentration. These parameters are set in the cpd.ini file in the [AERMON] module. The contaminated bit will be set if any samples during the averaging period were flagged as contaminated (even if they were not averaged because of the above setting). Note: if you want the data values logged rather than replaced with missing value codes make sure that the following parameter: Average_On_Contam=TRUE in the [AEROSOL] module is set to TRUE. If it is set to FALSE then the data will be replaced with missing value codes in the raw data.
