How does CPA work?
CPA’s Code of Standards & Ethics is the starting point for everything else we do. We’re committed to the belief that every transaction between a business and its customer establishes a relationship based on mutual trust and the extension of goodwill by each party to the other. When that relationship is questioned, it is not our job to find out who is at fault, rather, we work to reestablish the level playing field that has been broken. Both sides have rights and responsibilities; CPA provides the involvement of a third party to insure a timely response with a focus on a fair resolution. If one side or the other is unwilling to work toward that end, we will use whatever means are available under the law and through the court of public opinion to publicize the breach in trust as widely as possible and aggressively pursue recourse through all available channels.
