How does copyright work with PodcastSLCC?
Apple has the right to store SLCC content that is uploaded to Apple servers and to serve SLCC content through the PodcastSLCC site. Apple also has the option to use SLCC public content for promotional, marketing, and demonstration purposes. However, individual faculty and SLCC retain all ownership rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the content uploaded to both the Public and College Community sites of PodcastSLCC.
