How does Copperfield decide whether to ship UPS or Freight line?
When you call us, our computer selects the most economical way to ship your order. At the end of your order you will be told how your merchandise is coming to you. UPS has some restrictions concerning what they will carry to your door. Sometimes we have to ship via freight line due to those restrictions. Sometimes we’ll select Freight Line because it’s just more expensive for you to ship UPS. However, it is your choice. If your order is coming on a freight line and you would prefer it UPS, tell your order taker. If it’s possible to ship UPS, even though it’s at a higher cost, we will do that for you.
