How does Cooler know the environmental impact associated with each purchase?
Coolers technology analyzes and categorizes business expenses according to the vendor and the expense category. Each business expense is assigned to one of almost 1,000 different emissions categories. These estimates and calculations are validated by members of Cooler’s Technical Advisory Committee who come from leading environmental organizations, including the Natural Resources Defense Council, the National Wildlife Federation the Environmental Defense Fund and Europes The Gold Standard.
