How does Converse College treat outside scholarships in relation to its own financial aid awards?

0

If the student receives need-based aid, and not all of her federally calculated need has been met, she can add the amount of her outside scholarship to her aid package up to the amount that meets her need. If the amount exceeds her need it can reduce loan amounts. Converse College policy prohibits the awarding of grant/scholarship assistance in excess of the comprehensive fee if the student is receiving a Converse College scholarship or grant. Receipt of a scholarship from an outside source may require a reduction in your Converse scholarship or grant to comply with this policy.
