A The hiring manager must assign the individuals by name to each requisition; however, the Convergys Service Center will perform a check of the requisition to ensure that it is complete. Approvals can vary by Agency but at a minimum they are the Bureau Chief, Agency Director, Budget Office and Personnel Officer. There is not a detailed listing by Agency. The State is still working on defining the position to position relationships. For purposes of sourcing, the position description is what drives the workflow. The workflow is based on the position relationship to an employee, which, once loaded, will deliver the routing structure for sign off.
