How does Convergys check the validity of requests for re-assignment and promotion?
A A request for re-assignment and/or promotion does not require any supervisor notification and/or approval. Convergys will through their human resource activities manage any employee’s request for re-assignment or promotion. This process will be based on the employee’s election to be included for those pools. As part of a “Qualified Candidate Package”, Convergys will review the employees that fall into the categories and provide the information to the hiring manager, as appropriate.
