How does Contingency Recipient affect activation?
When SecureZIP is being used to encrypt data, either with RECIPIENT or PASSWORD, a recipient specified in the configuration settings is automatically included. However, you must specify an ENTPREC parameter in your ZIP job in order to sign or encrypt an archive because the contingency recipient alone does not trigger encryption to take place.
