How does content get reviewed?
Before publishing a course in Connexions, the content is written and reviewed by the collaborating authors within your workgroup. You create the workgroup for your course, you specify who is in the workgroup, and you grant the maintainer role to the people you want to be collaborating authors. After publishing a course, the market forces provide the course review. Namely, many Connexions users will link to the interesting and informative courses and few will link to the not so interesting or informative courses.
