During the free trial and as part of your monthly product fee, Constant Contact manages your opt-ins and opt-outs 24/7. An opt-in occurs when someone visits your website and submits their email address through your Constant Contact Sign-Up Box. As part of our service, we automatically collect and store this information into your Constant Contact account. An opt-out occurs when a contact clicks the SafeUnsubscribe® link in one of your email campaigns or survey invitations to unsubscribe from your list. These subscribers will be automatically managed and removed from your list.
