How does Conexión Colombia choose the charities I can donate to?
Along with Compartamos con Colombia, which is one of the institutions behind Conexión Colombia, we do a selection process, which assesses all legal, operational, strategic and financial aspects of the aspiring member charities. These charities then go through a process of institutional strengthening in order to become more stable organizations with high levels of performance and always looking to make them more self-sustainable. Conexión Colombia monitors the entire donation process, from the moment it is shipped or sent, to the moment it is received and distributed. We also write the projects’ report of activities and results.
