How does completing a Quality Report minimise reporting requirements?
The Quality Reporting model is aimed at ensuring that quality care, safety and wellbeing expectations are achieved without imposing unreasonable, additional and complex reporting processes on service providers. You only need to complete one Quality Report for each service outlet (covering the CACP, EACH and NRCP services at that outlet) in a three-year cycle.
