They’re viewed according to their experience. Young people looking to take risks are the type of people who often end up being successful. They aren’t viewed as though they made a bad decision. They’re judged based on their experience, their skills, what they learned — and how that will fit with where they’re headed now. Q: When does Columbia accept the majority of its MBAs?
