If the CBX Server is located behind your firewall, but the Collabrix client is not, the firewall must then be configured to allow traffic on the ‘Listening Port’ specified during installation of the CBX server. 443 is a good port because SSL uses this port and most firewalls pass this traffic without performing packet inspection.
