We believe COLAs Online enhances our customer service by providing Industry Members with another option for submitting label applications, in addition to providing several options for contacting us. One such way is by providing a “Contact US” link alfd@ttb.gov in COLAs Online to send us emails directly regarding specific issues or general labeling questions. COLAs Online does not reduce Industry member’s ability to interact with our Label Specialists or Supervisors. Industry members or industry representatives may make an appointment to meet with a labeling or formula specialist or a supervisor by contacting ALFD, toll free at (866) 927-ALFD (2533) or commercially at (202) 927-8140, between 8:30am – 4:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays).
