How does coke zero have 0 calories?
Calories come from fat and sugar. Coke zero contains neither. Coke zero contains the artificial sweeteners aspartame and acesulfame potassium. There is no sucralose (splenda) in coke zero. These artificial sweeteners are approved by the FDA but some people have bad reactions to them. Others will tell you that they cause cancer and a wide variety of other ailments, but this remains unproven. I normally drink Diet Coke so Coke Zero tastes weird to me. To me, it does taste just like regular coke but someone that’s used to regular coke may disagree.
