A. Cobra Legal Solutions requires U.S. and Indian employees and supporting contractors to sign agreements mandating confidentiality and security of client information. Cobra’s agreements with its clients provide that parties must resolve any disputes in the U.S. pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. We are happy to provide you with a copy of the confidentiality agreements and to incorporate additional language at your request. Employees are subject to background checks before and during employment.
