How does Cobra check for conflicts?
A. We rigorously check for potential conflicts by following ABA Model Rule 1.7 prior to every engagement. To comply with the ABA rule, we continuously update data regarding parties currently and previously engaged by Cobra review attorneys, as well as any other involved parties. We immediately disclose any potential conflicts based on our ongoing reviews. We can incorporate any additional preferred conflict check processes into our own.
