Please see the “Mass Deletion of Leads” document in Toolbox for procedures. In summary, the Web Care Advisor must obtain explicit, written approval from the Dealer to delete leads in mass, and this approval must be documented in SLX. Cobalt will delete leads older than 14 days old. If neither the WCA nor Tech Support can delete the leads, the issue must be escalated to the Data Group by email. The Data Group will delete the leads “logically”, but not physically, and will preserve data integrity.
