How does coaching differ from counselling, mentoring, consultancy etc?
If you think of your life represented on a scale between -10 and +10, where 0 is considered a normal life we can say that counselling or therapy can take you from -4 or -10 and bring your life to 0. Coaching is used when your life is at 0 or 3 and helps you to take it to +5 or +10.
