How does CMIS deal with projects that originate from outside ISOs customer offices but require ISO staff time and expertise?
CMIS does not have authority to review and prioritize projects originating from outside ISOs customer offices. However, CMIS does consider and assess the impact of these projects on ISO and customer resources. In the event of a conflict or issue with a project outside of CMIS purview, CMIS may consult with the Executive Computing Committee (ECC) for guidance or resolution. 8. What is the ECC? The ECC, or Executive Computing Committee, is responsible for executive level technology decisions. Members are the Provost, Vice President of Administration and Finance, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, and the Vice Provost for Academic Services and Technology.
