How does Cloe® PK perform sensitivity analysis?
A. Internally, Cloe® PK chooses the “central” values in the supplied compound properties, and from this determines ranges over which to vary the individual properties. Cloe® PK then performs both univariate and multivariate sensitivity analysis by performing simulations in which differing property values are used. The results are summarised in a sensitivity spreadsheet containing worksheets allowing the effects of the varying values upon the PK parameters to be explored.
