A. While the scope and timing of our network growth will depend in part on the availability of additional capital, expanding our footprint and performing the development work necessary to cover as many as 120 million people in as many as 80 markets by the end of 2010 is our goal. Following launches in Atlanta and Las Vegas this summer, we are planning launches in prominent markets such as Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Philadelphia, along with upgrades to mobile WiMAX this year in markets such as Charlotte, N.C.; Honolulu; and Seattle. We are also doing much of the long lead time, low-cost site zone permit work over the course of this year, which is required to support rolling out major markets targeted for 2010.
