How does Cisco Attendant console provide redundancy when a Cisco CallManager goes down?

0

A. The Attendant Console always tries to use redundancy when a server with TCD enabled fails. It uses the device pool of the Attendant phone for using the next CM available, provided that all the Cisco CallManager servers run the TCD and CTI Manager service. • If CTIManager and Cisco TCD run on all nodes in the Cisco CallManager cluster, enter the IP address of one server that runs Cisco TCD in the Attendant Settings dialog box on the attendant PC. • If Cisco TCD and CTIManager do not run on all nodes in the cluster, enter a comma separated list of the IP addresses of servers in the cluster that have an active CTIManager in the Call Processing Server Host Names or IP Addresses field on the Advanced Tab of the Attendant Settings dialog box on the attendant PC.
