How does CIRCA determine the retail value of an estate piece?
Every jewel has a story, therefore, each item is individually evaluated by CIRCA’s expert buying staff to determine the value of the piece. If a piece is no longer being produced, similar pieces or past write-ups are used to determine the current retail value. Note that many fine jewelry collections are produced in limited quantities where the retail prices may not published by the designer. In these instances, CIRCA relies on the talent and experience of its buying experts to evaluate the piece.
