Even though face-to-face interaction is desirable between the client and service provider, it is no longer a necessity for executing offshore projects successfully. Typically, a great deal of interaction is required between the two parties during the requirements analysis phase. During this phase, a client personnel usually visits our facility or a project analyst from our team visits the client site. This might not be necessary if the project specs are already clearly defined and presented to us.
