Publications CIB publishes a book that helps you learn more about collecting. This is the CIB Collectibles Market Guide & Price Index Value Searches Collectors seeking the value of their collection, or who are buying and selling items, may access the CIB’s collectibles database in two ways. If you simply want to know the value on a few items, use CIB’s Custom Quote option. The charge is $10.00 for researching up to four items. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon receiving your order, we will research each item within 3-5 working days, and mail a written report to you, whether or not recent activity in the market has been recorded.
