How does CHP effectively show a client/prospect its successes?
Bottom line, we look at the bottom line. In other words, we gage our success by our ability to keep the client’s healthcare cost trend, including the health improvement program, under the general inflation rate. Along the way, we look at several metrics, starting with reduction of health risks, employee participation and satisfaction, improvement in biometric results, progress through stages of change, goals set and achieved, and many other metrics.
