This is when the amino acid from the new tRNA molecule in the A site is transferred to the growing chain in E site. Basically this is the step where the ‘adding’ happens and the result is a peptide bond. If this is blocked then the synthesis is very efficiently blocked. Peruse the sites and good luck!
