How does Child Wise choose to allocate its funds?
Child Wise works hard to keep administration costs down so that your generous donations toward the fight against the sexual exploitation of children go directly to the protection of children. 90 cents of every dollar you give goes directly towards our programs. See our annual financial expenditure outlined in our annual reports for a breakdown of funds allocation. Child Wise allocates funding depending on its source. When we receive funding from the government or a trust for a specific project, 90% of the money goes to that project. Similarly, when we receive funds via individual or group donations for a specific service or campaign, 90% of the money is invested in the particular service or campaign. The remaining general donations we receive are all invested in the work that Child Wise does to protect children from abuse and we allocate funds on a needs basis.
