How does Chauffeur Safe work?
Chauffeur Safe is a pre-paid service. All members can easily purchase and top up their Prepaid Virtual Card online, using PayPal service. Minimum initial top-up is 3 hours. Once your prepaid balance has been topped up, reservations can be made online. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as possible (usually within 3 hours if reservation is made during operating hours). Once your reservation has been confirmed, your prepaid balance will be deducted accordingly. Please allow 24 hours for your online balance to be updated. When the driver arrives at the designated pick-up point, he will send you an SMS and leave a missed call to inform you. Please proceed to the pick-up point and get ready to be driven.
