How does ChatChat pre-paid phonecard work?
Our ChatChat pre-paid phonecards come in $10, $20 or $50 denomination per card. The ChatChat prepaid phone card comes with local access number throughout the whole of Australia. For security, the PIN is hidden by a scratch-off coating that you remove after buying the card. To access ChatChat phone card service, simply place a call (at your own cost) to the local access number nearest to you and follow the recorded instructions. Alternatively, you can access our services through 1300 137773 and 1800 234 955. Per minute surcharges of A$ 0.05/min and A$ 0.10/min apply respectively. Calls from mobile phones will incur additional costs.
