Charisma only affects “recruit ally actions”. It does not reduce the cost of allies brought into play via Antonio d’Erlette’s special ability. Charisma only interacts with Zhenga on her recruit ally actions, and only for the initial ally. Charimsa does not affect any additional allies brought into play with her special ability.
