How does Century 21 prepare their listings without having the Zestimate show up on the listing?
There are multiple units there, some have Zestimates some not. For example, this one here has a Century 21 active listing with no Zestimate on the page. It has a another regular Zillow home page here here with a Zestimate listed. Number 63 here in that building is the same story with a regular home page and a separate listing page with no Zestimate here. When I have seen this happen, usually agents that are listing have altered the property address or improperly added an already existing property to the database. I think it is wrong on the agents part, but not allowed or facilitated by Zillow at all. It is a loophole that some agents choose to crawl through in what I think is a dishonest way similar to owners who claim their house is 10,000 square feet with 15 bathrooms in an effort to increase their Zestimate.
