You can easily install for free CenceMe from the Apple App Store on your iPhone™ or iPod Touch. After installation, you have immediate access to a subset of the CenceMe features on the iPhone™ or iPod Touch: you can view your activity and audio presence, the weather of the location you are at and you can pick a CenceMe icon from the IconMe view or take a photo to personalize your presence. You can start populating your friend list by inviting friends (see here). You can do so through the CenceMe application on your iPhone or iPod Touch by sending either SMS or email invitations. By sending invitations via SMS there is not any SMS cost incurred since the SMS invitation is sent through the iPhone/iPod Touch data channel. The CenceMe presence is visualized on the iPhone and iPod Touch of the CenceMe friends part of your friend list.
