How does Catbird support Channel Partners and End-users?
Catbird requires Service Providers to provide 1st level technical support to their customers. Catbird provides 2nd level support to all of our service provider partners. We maintain a state-of-the-art virtual SOC. It consists of a Command & Control Center in two locations at Equinix, http://www.equinix.com. The SOC is staffed by security experts distributed around the United States. Our SOC is more than adequate to address the security needs of our customer base, and has built- in flexibility to scale as the number of customers grow.
